saddle packs

Hi,does anyone run saddle packs in there SC10,im thinking of getting the FT but donr want to by more batterys,i also theink you could distribute the weight better as you could have one at each end of the truck,all you would ahve to do i would have thought is mod the battery strap,any ideas
